 Domestic Orders

Domestic orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-3 business days via USPS First Class Mail.

Downloadable electronic PDF files are delivered to the email address used during the transaction process. Once you click the link, you have 24 hours to download the product before the link expires. 

International Orders

We currently do not accept international orders. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any international order placed.

Payments on this site can be made by credit card or Paypal. 

Note that your credit card receipt for any items sold by Heath Hen may list the seller as “Heath Hen” or “Pettistripes LLC.”

Your online payment on this site is handled by Squarespace using encryption methods. We don’t keep any records of your credit card information on file. See our Privacy Policy for more information.

Returns

All items are final sale. If you order a downloadable digital product, you will not be issued a refund if the link to that product expires or if the product does not download properly.

Warranty Exclusion

All items are sold without any warranty, express or implied. Any items that are sold with any quotation or likeness are not affiliated with the attributed author or individual.

Charitable Donations

If an item is described as having a portion of sales to be donated to a nonprofit organization, Heath Hen reserves the right to change the recipient organization at any time or to eliminate any donation to any nonprofit organization in the future. If Heath Hen does make such a change, an appropriate modification or elimination of any prior statement regarding a charitable donation will be deleted from the description of the item on this site. Any charitable donation that is made by Heath Hen does not allow the purchaser of any related item to claim a tax deduction for such purpose. If any item is described as having a portion of sales to be donated to a nonprofit organization, that description does not imply any endorsement of such item by such nonprofit organization.

This site and/or its related social media may contain links to third party sites with whom Heath Hen may have an affiliate relationship.
